| artist Alex Dzigurski western vista,oil painting | | was giving this large picture as i should say painting when my grandfather died its in a golden leaf like frame and I havent a clue about this whis someone could tell me something and is it even worth anything? it is sentamental since it sat above my grandfathers sofa for years but i wish i had a syory to go with it.

| Is oil painting hazardious for kids | | Whenever I have painted oil paints I found a suffocating smell in my house so I don't paint after having a kid. Is this hazardious to kid's health? | |
| | Fumes while oil painting | | Have you found anything that works as good or better as Turpentine when painting with oil? I only paint outside in the summertime now, but would love to be able to paint inside more often throughout the year.I have also tried the Mona Lisa Paint Thinner, but it does not seem to work as well as good old fashioned turpentine.Any ideas?
